Just came back from Villa del Palmar in Cabo last month. I wouldn't return. I found the resort to be dirty and run down. The service wasn't bad but they are soooo focused on getting you to buy a timeshare. I had such a bad taste in my mouth from that. I would never buy there now.
The food at the resort I felt was way overpriced for the level of quality. It's not that nice to be charging $40 per person.
I would never stay here again.They need to fix it up. I don't think owners are paying their maintenance fees or perhaps the resort isn't using it correctly.
Villa del Palmar resort in Cabo was clean and comfortable. I found the service to be excellent and the food was good (not great). We have traveled quite a bit over the years and I found this resort to be of high quality and one that I can recommend. Staff always nice, polite and helpful.
I do think they could go for some upgrade of the grounds and I understand they plan on doing that.
We stayed in the 1BR mini suite and had a great view! We had a great trip and would recommend the Villa del Palmar.
