  The resort is comfortable , relaxing and homey while being very service oriented. Daily maid service , Pleasant and attentive staff who truly go out of their way to help you . Full lineup of free resort activities , access to other Royal Resorts, activities and dining. and onsite travel agent for touring. all under the warm Mexican Sun!

  We have owned at the Royals in Cancun for 12 years. We own 1 week each at the Caribbean, the Sands and the Mayan. All are 5 star resorts and deserving of the rating. The Villas are appox 1400 square ft. with a large covered terrace. All the villas have 2 bedrooms, A/C a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and will sleep 6. In house shuttle bus service will connect you with any of the other Royal Resort properties in Cancun hotel zone . Giving you a wide varity of eating and entertainment choices. Daily maid service(except on Sunday) is a great perk not offered at most timeshares. The swimming pools are heated and the beach is wonderful. Your personal concierge can make any reservations you might need in the Cancun area. Check-in staff is friendly and efficient. Making for a wonderful vacation. The Royal Resorts are very kid friendly.

  Nice cozy condos, each side has a separate entrance. We were on the first floor which has a sliding door that opens onto a courtyard and pool area with a short walk to a beautiful beach.
  Very tropical atmosphere. The Royal resorts have a shuttle to each one of the different resorts where there are various restaurants and amenities. Very enjoyable. Quiet.

  This is one of the first and "original" 5 Royal Resorts in Cancun. Other resorts have used the "royal" slogan" to get exposure!
  
  Club Internatianal, The Mayan, The Caribbean,
  The Islander and The Sands, " built in that order " by the way, are the Original ROYAL RESORTS started in approx. 1984. We were a few of the first to see the Mayan.
  We have pictures of the barren beach strip to the Point.
  
  Now ... the Mayan is a great resort, smaller than the others. All amenities, the Palapa bar and lounge has better than good "Mexican" food and has mid-day & evening shows.
  The Main restaurant, "La Conquistador" has GREAT food.
  Many evenings with some good Classical Guitarist.
  
  Walk next door to the Caribbean and Islander.
  Enjoy ALL the pools etc,etc, I said walk! On same property and Beaches. Unit for 6/8 are spacious and lovely.
  GO THERE ..................
  ... the water is Emerald color green and my wife brought samples back to our home many times over 25 years.
