  You can't get any closer to the Gulf of Mexico than in this beach front with beach balcony resort. It's also good if the weather is cool because the pool is heated.
  
  This rating is for the upgraded units, but even those that haven't been upgraded would get a 3.
  
  Close to everything, especially Peir Park with restaurants, shopping and nite life.
