  Being from Florida, I really don't typically stay in hotels nearby. However, since we were headed for Cabos out of Miami, I decided since I had the extra points we would go and camp out on South Beach for a day then head to Cabos.
  
  So I stayed at the HGVC at South Beach, and although I reside in S. Florida I must say I enjoyed the stay! If there is anything happening on S. Beach, this is the place to be.
  
  Right across from the Beach, and in the heart of all of the night life on S. Beach, its the perfect place to both party and relax.
  
  The rooms are somewhat small, but very nice and well appointed. Don't expected a huge spread, as the lobby is small, and the two bldgs. adjacent to each other are rather small too. Kinda old school if you will, but very very nice. You would not be disappointed. Do yourself a favor, if you are headed to Miami for a major event, or you just want a nice spot to relax, this is the ideal spot if you are looking for an alternative to the simple hotel room.

  I had a one bedroom unit here, and it was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. It is an older property, but it is very well maintained. There is no swimming pool, but the beach is across the street. You can walk to many areas of South Beach from this property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is no parking available, unless you can find something on the street. We are HGVC Owners, so we just used points to stay here.

  Great property. Prime location just across the road from South Beach and a good range of shops & Restaurants are all within easy walking distance. We are a family of 4.
  
  Staff was friendly and accomodating and groceries etc easily accessible from supermarket located two blocks from resort .
  
  We had a one bedroom suite with dishwasher DVD player and a LCD TV in both the living area and bedroom.
  
  Be aware, no swimming pool

  We went over Christmas and the weather was great. Nice rooms but not large. Remember it is South Beach. They have a pathway right to the white sand beach. It's gorgeous. You have all the restaurants right there. The location is fantastic.
