We're owners of Hilton Grand Vacations and we find this resort to be very nice. I just want to be honest. We like it very much. In this Orlando area it is conveniently located to many restaurants, attractions, and SeaWorld (of course).
You can walk to SeaWorld. The resort is always clean, comfortable beds, outstanding customer service, reasonably priced tastey food, a great little pool area with a very warm pool plus a hot tub. You can get discount tix for SeaWorld so don't buy them in advance. Best deal is here.
We ordered room service twice: The food for kids is right on. Pasta one night, peanut butter and jelly the other. Came with tasty fries and apple juice for under $5. The one night that I ordered room service too, I got a delicous salad and a tasty BBQ chicken sandwich. The salad was about $4 and the sandwich which included fries about $7. The bfast buffet was reasonably priced at $12 for the buffet or $8 for a continental breakfast.
But the units have refrigerators so you can stock up at the Cosco or Walmart and bon appetit! Rooms have mini frig and a microwave.
Tip regarding Sea World -- walking over is great. After a busy day at the park, though, walking back isn't as appealing. Take the parking lot shuttle to the far parking lot, though, when leaving the park and that eliminates a good part of your walk back.
Very nice resort. Nice sized rooms. We had a 2BR unit when we stayed on an exchange. You also have easy access to everything local. The pool area was great and service was wonderful. You could walk to Seaworld from the resort. I wouldn't recommend that if you have young kids especially on the way back. Concierge was able to get us discounted tickets to the park. Yeah!
Comfy beds. Everything you'd expect from a Hilton.
