This morning we received another request from a member asking my opinion on a good place to either rent their timeshare or sell their timeshare. We have a close relationship with our members so this sort of request regarding timeshare rentals is not unusual. If I had a dollar for every time we’ve been asked that question.  The Timeshare Rentals space is large and the demand for service providers to help owners rent out their timeshare is big and growing. The timeshare rental market is over $5 billion dollar. This is mainly because timeshare owners crave more ways to use their timeshare. They want to be able to stay at their timeshare, exchange their timeshare, and rent their timeshare for money. Sometimes they even want to sell their timeshare. Quality service providers is lacking.

• Wide distribution / traffic – Lots of people coming in your store means the chances of your customer renting their timeshare to their customer goes up. So lots of traffic is key.
• Reasonable cost – of course people want the lowest cost possible but price is only an obstacle in the absence of value. Our members have specifically told us that they would be willing to pay for a good service. And since owners make money when they successfully rent their timeshare, they don’t mind paying the service provider that helped them.

Vacation Travelers love to rent timeshares for several reasons. Here’s why people rent timeshares (timeshare rentals):

• Bigger is better – More room on vacation is always better. I have never been on vacation and thought to myself that we just have too much space here in our villa. How will we use it all? Your home is always bigger than your vacation rental so there is always that adjustment period of getting used to less space and having the family around all day long. Every timeshare I have ever stayed in was larger than any hotel room we have ever gotten. That is a fact. Timeshares are larger, roomier and they have separate rooms and having more space helps everyone (adults and kids) relax more and enjoy their vacation more.
• More is better – Like I just said, more space is better but so is more amenities. I cherish the fact that our timeshare villas come with a kitchen, a Jacuzzi tub, and separate bedrooms and bathrooms. I like that a lot. There are other options but those are my favorite. We have become accustomed to having a refrigerator in life. We can store our snacks for evenings rather than order room service. And don’t get me started on that pitiful refrigerator that hotels offer you. We have a breakfast in the room when we get up rather than having to rush and then wait at a restaurant or worse yet eat fast food. Sometimes we even buy fresh food and make dinner together. And most certainly have a few margaritas on the balcony is good too. And having a Jacuzzi to relax in after a long day at the parks is always a blessing.
• Less is better – In this case, I mean money. We are always searching for the best value. We travel with kids and that can be expensive so we have to make our dollars go further. Timeshares cost less than hotels for several reasons. Here’s why:

1. Direct from owner – No matter what you are buying, if you buy direct from the wholesaler, it is always less expensive. In this case, it is coming direct from the timeshare owner.
2. No tax – In some cities the tax can be over 20 pct on your hotel stay. An extra 20you’re your hotel bill? That’s a lot of money. There is no tax charged when you rent direct from an owner. They are not a business. That’s a big chunk of savings right there.
3. No Fees – Somehow whenever we travel in hotels, there is always an added fee for something. It’s listed on the bill at the bottom and requires explanation from the guy at the front desk. It is always annoying and it always puts a bad taste in our mouth about the hotel and the trip. That doesn’t happen with timeshare. The price is the price. And because the fees at TimeshareJuice are quite low, that means the owner can pass on those savings to you.

In the end you’ll become a fan of renting a timeshare just like we are and hundreds of thousands of other people are. You get more with a timeshare rental than you do with a hotel and it’s always a lower cost. You’ll find your vacation dollars go a lot further and that means more money left over for eating out, drinks by the pool and of course more money for the Mouse.
